The problem is that a person starts depending on others to be happy.

 The people loves his company. Maybe he doesn't love that person. 

But anyhow he has to leave with him. Otherwise, he will feel alone in this world.

feeling alone, start depression and now they think their life is over 

they have nothing left to do.

 First of all, remember that you got only one life to leave on this earth. 

So you should not waste it in depression or sitting. You have born to achieve something.

1. Start believing in yourself 

  • No one will believe you until you start believing in yourself.
  • Keep your emotions in your control.
  • Start dreaming of some goals.
  • Go out of your comfort zone and start doing something that can forget your loneliness.
  • Start loving yourself.

2. Join Any Institute or Class-  

Joining an Institute or class you will fill better it may be any type of class either Art, Dance, Music, Language, etc. 

You will get to learn a new skill that may help you in overcoming loneliness and depression. 

Don't seat at home it will harm you more.

3. Volunteer- 

Becoming a volunteer for any cause is the best way to overcome loneliness and depression
. Go and meet people in love any groups.
go out and experience something new it will definitely help you.

4. Come Online-

Many people don't like to go outside so they should come online. 
On the Internet, you will find many people facing loneliness and 
depression. Talk to them, make them friends and enjoy there 
company but be careful don't give your Personal Information.

5. Get a Pet- 

Having a pet will defiantly  help you, especially Dog or Cat because 
you will have to take care of that pet. You will have to follow some 
routine for your pet, timely you will have to take him for a walk, 
feed him, bathe him. You will love this experience and you will overcome tome your loneliness and depression.
