Sometimes you may have faced this problem when you think of anything too much your mind starts taking the stress and you feel nervous and make mistakes.
By thinking to these you will get positive energy and you will be charged up and will be motivated.
Many people suggest that first do your performance and forget your output. But this doesn't work every time. If your mind doesn't have any thoughts then directly negative thoughts will trouble you. So think positive this will overcome your negative thoughts.
You should take deep breaths to get full oxygen to your lungs thus blood will reach to your brain and you feel relax. Or even you can drink water to calm down your nerves. But remember drinking too much water can also make trouble for you as you will need to go for the washroom in the middle of your performance.
In the backup plan, you can ask some question to the people or you can do any small act using your props but it must be related to your performance that you are giving. Now you can remember your line and can continue with it.
