How do time management?

Yes, we all want to know how to do time management but we don't know how to manage time.

The main problem is with the concept of time management. Our time fixes are 24 hours a day. Everyone has got 24 hours a day that is a universal truth and no one can change it.

We have to set a routine according to that time. 
Suppose you have no work for a day how your day passes you don't even realize it and at night before going to sleep you just thought how your day was wasted and you didn't do anything.

So in this post, I am going to share with you how you can set your routine according to the time.

Most people do not even think about there routines after they wake up they just think about what work they have today and according to that they react and at the end of the day, they forget some more important work.

How successfully do people do time management and make their daily routines?


 Here I will discuss some important rules that successful people follow to do time management.

1. Create your routine before your day starts to do time management

  • Successful people make their routine before going to sleep. If you make a habit of making your next-daydo aboutn't routine one day before going to sleep. You will able to see how you will perform the next day. 
  • Suppose you create your routine before going to sleep you have relaxed your mind and you have written it on a paper that would be in front of your eyes. 
This will help you in thinking about how you will be going to manage your next day.

2. Create an ABC category list.

  • If you create an ABC category list and in that list, you have to divide your work I three categories which are ABC categories.
  • A category you have to keep the most important and urgent work. Suppose you have to give an important presentation or any work which has given a deadline or you are a student then you can give time to your syllabus any urgent work that can make your loss this is some important work that you must give preference first.
  • category you don't do work should not that much urgent but it should be done within 1 or days otherwise it will be upgraded to the A category and they can give you an extra burden.
  • In C category your work must be not that much important at the current time but it might be important after two-three months. 
  • Suppose your A/C needs repair but it's concurrently winter season so you can repair it after the winter season. But you should remember it otherwise it will be upgraded to Category B or A. 
  • Or even you can give yourself some reward if you finish your category A and B  then you can go for a play or watch your favorite tv shows you can keep this reward in category C.

Three color Rule How to do time management

The main problem is with the concept of time management. Our time fixes than 4 hours a day. Everyone has got 24 hours a day that is a universal truth and no one can change it.

We have to color routine according to that time. 
  • The three colothree-colorasically Red, Orange, Green. You and Stops coloring the traffic lights they also have three colors. You have observed how quick vehicles stop if there is Red light on the signal. 
  • From that Red light, you can also take an idea to create your time management.
  • When you see a red light in the signal you just stops. According to that set a tfore of your red light. 
  • I mean to say that set a time for yourself that you will give this time to your work if you are a student give that time to your study if you work give time to your workplace.
  • Orange lights in a traffic signal show that you are ready to go. But you can give that time to your natural things that every day you have to brush your teeth or you have to go to the toilet or do many works which are not that important right now.
  • Green lights indicate to move this can be taken as anything happens to you have to keep going you don't have to stop at any point. Take some rest but keep on moving.
  • In the first 10 days, you will not fill any improvement but as time passes you will feel that it is working and you are getting the benefits of the rules.
On some, days you will get into the habit of routine as you don't think of getting hungry it is natural that you will feel hungry after some time in the same manner if you will into get the habit of this routine feel will fell it naturally.
