How can I keep myself motivated and avoid overthinking.

Keeping yourself motivated every time is a little difficult in today's world. Because everywhere there is some negativity. People around like in your family at your school, college, your workplace place you fill find negative people more than positive. And due to this, we start overthinking a lot. 
I remember after my long day when I go to bed at night. In my subconscious mind, i feel am lagging behind in this world. All my friends and known people are ahead of me and I am still in the same place.
Below I have some suggestions to avoid overthinking and keep yourself motivated.

1. Set clear and achievable goals: In the morning when you wake up. The first thing you must do is make a goal for example if you want to finish a chapter in mathematics or you want to complete your target. Break down larger goals into smaller, more manageable tasks. This helps you stay focused and motivated and provides a sense of accomplishment as you complete each task.

2. Prioritize self-care: If you have a healthy body you will have a healthy mind. Taking care of yourself physically and emotionally can help reduce stress and boost your motivation. Get enough sleep, exercise regularly, eat a healthy diet, and take breaks when you need them.

3. Practice mindfulness: People with less concentration power always gets distracted from there goal. Mindfulness is the practice of focusing your attention on the present moment. It can help you avoid getting lost in negative thoughts and emotions, and help you stay focused on the task at hand.

4. Limit distractions: Distraction is something that people can't control. Identify the things that distract you from your goals and try to limit or eliminate them. For example, turn off your phone or social media notifications when you need to focus.

5. Seek support: While achieving your goal don't make yourself alone. Keep yourself surrounded by some people. Don't be afraid to ask for help or support from friends, family, or a therapist if you need it. Having someone to talk to and share your struggles with can help you stay motivated and avoid overthinking.
