If you are an aspirant you will definitely as for good luck before your result because of the hard work you were required to you have already done it. And if you are a sports person or any performer you definitely need some luck. Because everyone does hard work but only the lucky ones get selected

We cannot decide that either luck or hard work is more important in life as both can be critical factors for success and well-being, depending on the situation. Here are some perspectives on the role of luck and hard work in life:

Being lucky is not in our hands no one can decide if they are lucky or not. There hard work + little good luck and that's all.
