Discipline is something which does not come in couple of days. You need to be consistent, attentive, focus. You need to be physically and mentally prepared.

Discipline is not a skill nor talent. If you think it is god gifted or someone has talent of discipline then you are wrong. Have you ever seen your teacher, mentor or any people who teaches you something i am talking about general not individual. You will see a common pattern they are always in time. They will reach the place on time
How to learn self discipline?
As i mentioned above self discipline is a not a piece of cake. You need to start with beginning in the morning. When you wake up brush you teeth. Eat your breakfast. Yes this all belong to discipline. Start you day with doing it regular then it will become your habit. And if you go to any place you will follow your routine and then people will observe and then you will reliase how discipline are you.
How to control your emotion when you are discipline?
Suppose if you are going to a party with your friends and there your friend ask you to drink alcohol. This is the time how will you control your emotion and not drink it. You need to talk with yourself. How discipline are you that i will not drink this that unless i achieve something.
What is that thing you want to achieve through discipline?
I will talk in general many people want discipline in there life when they are going to gym or doing study. Make sure that during that you need to focus and consistent then only you can achieve. Laziness is the big enemy of discipline. If you are lazy you need to be mentally prepare and be consistent.
