As soon as we start avoiding negativity we will become positive. Sometimes negativity comes from an outsider, like people you meet or your friends, family. But sometimes negativity remains inside in our mind. 

As soon as you recognise this negativity you will become better in your career, relationship and you will develop yourself as a positive person.

How negativity spreads?

Negativity is like the polluted air you can't see negativity but it will harm you slowly. If you meet people who always talk negatively, don't have any goal in their life, always wasting time or talking on irrelevant topics. These type of people have negative thoughts and if you are contacted with these people you will also start becoming negative.
